Seminars, Workshops, Clinics–I am available to provide education on all facets of canines (evolution, behavior, differences from other canids, etc) and specific training (tactical functional dog skills) all with the final goal to improve Canine/Human Bonding.

A hot topic: how human language has nothing to do with dogs and the proper signal verbal, non verbal communication.

For example, there’s no language: language allows for 2 way communication creating novel utterances that are readily understood this is not possible with animals.

Price starts at $500 USD depending on topic and duration.

Family Dog Obedience–Family Dog works on the necessary skills your dog and you require: recall, down, sit, loose leash heeling and then, if you want, we can add from there (tricks, precision skills, reverse heeling, backing up, obstacles, etc.)

Sessions are a manageable 30 minutes long offered in blocks of ten sessions. These are held in arranged locations that work well for you and your dog.

Another service I offer is verbal clarity training. Basically if you live in a English speaking environment I recommend not using English with your dog. This creates a code that cuts through the background noise and constant babbling in English all around you and your dog. This will increase the bond with your dog as you work with the dog to create a clear signal system with unique verbal signals.

To accomplish this unique clear verbal signal system I can train your dog in the following languages: French, German, Italian, Slovak/Czech or Spanish.

A general note: How quickly your dog will learn is a result of how many sessions per week, age of your dog, prior socialization, dog breed, and your involvement.

If you wish to sign up for more sessions there is an early signer’s discount.

Precision or Tactical Obedience Training–While IGP, Agility, Mondio Ring, Freestyle, AKC, UKC, Dock Diving, French Ring, etc. sports are great, I can train your dog with more functional advanced skills.

I also have experience with Pariah/Village Dogs and the hard to train dogs (e.g., Arctic/Spitz types and sight hounds) I’ll teach you the difference between language confusion and signal clarity. I’ll teach you how dogs/animals learn. You’ll use the most effective means to control your dog while expanding your knowledge on canine behavior, history, evolution, etc.

I offer training in tactical non verbal signals (we aren’t limited to using sport constrained arbitrary signals), whistle signals (a must for a long range recall) and verbal signals in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Czech/Slovak (a code for you and your dog)

Additionally, as a published academic linguist I offer a scientifically created proprietary signal language that has been phonotactically and phonologically constructed for the most effective clear signal transmission and reception. (this is an added premium). Contact me for more details on any of the above.

Consultations or Increase Your Canine Knowledge–The consultation can be on a variety of subjects: Help with Precision Obedience, Ascertaining if Protection Training is right for you, etc.

It can also cover increasing your Operant Conditioning Skills with working with a University trained animal behavior modification expert.

I can also educate you on the evolution and signals of canines. I can also advise you on the proper learning games to help you bond with your dog. Bonding covers a great deal of commitment and I can educate you on the Behavioral Ecologist methods of forming a connection.

Other topics include: canine learning, operant learning, sport skills, functional tactical dog skills, introduction to my unique training method, setting up multi dog walking or dog group walking, signal vs language education (Note: Signals?Semantics is only for Tier 2 and Tier 1 Mentor Students), Pariah Dogs/Village Dogs are a specialty of mine (you can learn about them or if you have a two continent dog I can help you).
